WILLIAM SHEA
After several years in sales working for other people, Bill finally accepted Mary's offer to a become a realtor and work with her as a husband/wife team and he couldn't be happier. 10 years now alongside Mary & helping buyers & sellers achieve their real-estate goals he still applies the same guiding principles that have served him well. Integrity ,knowledge, and a commitment to always put his clients' needs first.
Bill feels extremely fortunate to live and work in the same community he was raised in . Being very familiar with all the ups and downs in each of the Puget Sound communities he serves allows him to provide his clients with an accurate picture and honest straight forward advise.
When taking time off from helping his clients Bill enjoys spending time with Mary & their 2 dogs Bella & Murphy as well as visiting family & friends. You might also see him on one or two of his favorite golf courses on occasion.
MARY ROONEY-SHEA

Her knowledge of the Puget Sound Real-Estate industry along with a dedication to a "client first approach" is what has allowed Mary to do what she loves most and that is making her clients (buyers & sellers ) happy.
Born and raised in Tacoma , Mary & Bill now live in Summit , WA with their two dogs (Bella & Murphy) With a commitment to community & family. Mary still enjoys getting to know every new client.
